About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Here at Aid Lebanon, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2020, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment, and progress. Learn more about our mission, our vision, and how we go about making the changes we want to see.
Our Story
Aid Lebanon Incorporated was established on August 5, 2020, with the goal of assisting in the rebuilding of Beirut. The major goal of the organization was to give disaster aid in the form of food, medication, shelter, and clothes.
Since our organization's inception, the country has been in a declining state that has dragged the population downhill. Banking limits have resulted in consumers being unable to access their accounts without restriction, while food and medical necessities have grown increasingly expensive as a result of the economic downturn. Because of the enormity of the task, our purpose is more important than ever.
The organization, through our volunteers all around the world, will hence focus on the following:
-
Healthcare: providing needed medications as well as physical assessments and check ups
-
Mental Health: setting up a platform where people can seek professional help & the integration of mental health programs into school curriculums
-
Shelter provision for the homeless and those who have lost their homes
-
Food: making sure that families have a proper supply of food to meet their needs
As a fledgling organization, getting a footing is a huge challenge! We need your support to make things happen.
